What is not covered?

Your card has been charged twice. For same please contact your credit card company
Items that are picked in person or delivered in person
Items that are added later for the working of the products this can be cables, batteries, etc
Items that are altered or repaired
Items lost in shipping or while in transit.
Intangible items such as services
If the item is reported to be damage, non functional, non working, missing parts after 15 days of purchase.

Eligibility to file a claim? & Proof Required

Proof of payment whether the payment has been made with credit card, debit card, cheque or Direct Deposit or Direct Cash Deposit (Always keep a receipt)
You are the actual buyer of the product as it appears on Invoice, Bill etc raised from Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd.
Copy of Performa Invoice or Order No or Bill issued with Gizmo E Bazaar Pvt Ltd or at www.gizmobazaar.com.
Claim has to be filed within 7 days of item being received by a customer
